Lunch: double steak burger with cheese, ketchup and mustard from Steak and Shake
Dinner: 2 homemade chicken tacos with sour cream
Snacks: Dannon Greek strawberry yogurt, sensible portions garden chips, Adkins bar
Exercise: reached my 5000 steps, went for a walk around the neighborhood and did 50 squats!
Lunch sounds delicious…. Was it on plan?

No! It was from a fast food restaurant. I was out and about yesterday and was hungry. Went there but only got the burger. Normally I would get burger, fries and a shake. But I logged it into my fitness pal. I was still under in calories for the day.
