Testing…Not sure what happened to my original blog after I published it. It disappeared and is now on some other page….why? I have no idea. Just trying to write and publish. Anyway, I lost a little over two pounds this last week. I did get in 4000 steps each day except for one of the days. My goal this week it to get in 4500 each day.
